As a small, independent brand, each piece is produced in limited runs. Shipping and handling costs are significant for us, and these policies allow us to continue creating thoughtfully made pieces while keeping our quality high. We truly appreciate your understanding.
We’re always happy to assist with sizing or fit questions prior to ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return or exchange, please email us at info@shikiclothing.com. Items sent back without a request may not be accepted.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

Customer pays return shipping.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, including on orders that qualified for complimentary shipping.

Final Sale: Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page are not eligible for return or exchange. (Pre-orders are returnable unless specifically marked Final Sale.)
Seasonal Collections
Returns for SHIKI seasonal collections must be postmarked before the associated holiday or seasonal event. Returns postmarked after the applicable holiday or event will not be accepted, even if they fall within SHIKI's standard return window.
This policy applies to any collection designed or marketed for a specific holiday or seasonal occasion.
Return Process
Once a return label has been issued, the package must be dropped off with the carrier within 3 business days. Returns shipped outside of this window may not be accepted.
Exchanges
Request an exchange by emailing us at info@shikiclothing.com. If the item/size is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund once the return is approved.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days at info@shikiclothing.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Non-returnable Items
Gift cards and any items explicitly marked Final Sale.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@shikiclothing.com
EU Customers (Cooling-Off Period)
If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel/return within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Return Address
The return address will be provided once your return request is approved. A return label is provided for convenience.
